Sets, reps and weights from the gym, and GPS activities with their routes, land in the same history and calendar and count toward the same weekly goal. The log is free, with no ads and no limits. The AI features (a chat that knows the user's training log, plan generation, route generation and technique analysis from a short video of a lift) run on a token pool that Gainflow Plus and Gainflow Max make larger and refill more often. Workout history can be imported from Strong and Hevy, the app works with Apple Health and Health Connect, and it is available in 16 languages. A web version brings the gym log to the browser. Gainflow is built in Poland by Dawid Zaręba.

Gainflow Plus and Max: The AI features share one token pool. The free plan gets 10 tokens every 30 days; Gainflow Plus raises the pool to 50 and Gainflow Max to 100, both refilled every 7 days. Logging stays free on every plan.
Gym and GPS: Strength workouts and GPS runs, rides and walks are logged in one app and one history. Routes can be planned by hand or generated by the AI.
Technique analysis: From a short video of a set, the AI judges the lifting technique and returns a verdict: excellent, good, fair, needs work or injury risk.
